Staff were very helpful and nice. Location is very close to Greenbelt 1. We were able to leave our luggages with them for 1 week.

The bed was too small and the aircon is directly towards the bed, very uncomfortable. This unit was different from the first 1 we used.

The Mosaic is just right for a short stay and is good value for money..

I have stayed here many times and i have always found it excellent. The room this time was excellent. Very clean and with everything you need in the kitchen for a short stay. The shower worked well. The staff and especially the security staff are excellent. The location is perfect right next to Greenbelt.

- there were cockroaches in the bathroom -the only TV channels were local channels. CNN Philippines was the only English channel, which is frustrating for non-locals.

Good.

The host is very kind understanding. I was allowed for early check in and late check out withour extra fee in accordance with my flight time. She replies promptly when I sent messages. My requirements are quickly solved if it is in her hand. The most interesting thing is the location. It is very convenient. It takes about 5-7 minutes by walk to shopping malls (Green Belt, HallMark...), banks, museum.... It is safe place with fresh air.

The equipment in the room is rather old so their operation is not as good as my expectation but in fact, it is acceptable.

Very nice place to stay with excellent value

great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very good value for the cost, cleaning service was excellent, and the facilities were very good

the aircon was right at the head of the bed making it difficult to sleep. the bed should be repositioned away from the aircon. the shower did not drain very well. there should also be additional towels and face cloths provided.
